Website & Account Support
How can I search FAQs using a different term for the same subject?
Try a short topic or a supported alternative, and clear category or Popular filters if results are missing.
The search normalises selected phrases: for example “Greek solicitor” maps to “property lawyer” and “investment residency” to “golden visa”. These are finite aliases, not universal understanding of every synonym.
All query words must match the indexed answer text with the supported approximate matching. Remove unnecessary words, try a broader term and use Clear search and filters. Open the full answer and inspect its qualifications and related questions. No result is not evidence that a private draft is available or that a personal enquiry has been sent.
Practical considerations
- Do not enter private account data into search.
- Wi-Fi/internet is not an explicitly configured alias pair.
- Search covers the supplied public library, not private drafts.
