Check the sender and destination first. The /unsubscribe page uses the token from your email; opening a bare page is not enough. It may show an expired/invalid link, an already-unsubscribed address, or a confirmation screen. On a valid screen, choose Confirm unsubscribe and read the result.

The completion message distinguishes non-essential emails from essential account emails. This is not account deletion or cancellation of an enquiry.
