Website & Account Support
How can I protect my privacy when using enquiries and accounts?
Share only task-relevant information, keep account credentials private, and use privacy@creteaisland.com for privacy questions or data requests.
Read /privacy-policy before providing sensitive details. A first enquiry should identify the property, your question and a reply route, not contain passport copies, banking records or unrelated health information. If documents are later required, confirm the requester and approved secure submission route.
Use a unique password, protect reset links and verification codes, and sign out on shared devices. Redact account details and other tabs from support screenshots. For access, correction or deletion questions, contact privacy@creteaisland.com with a concise request; ask how any necessary identity check should be completed securely. Browser-history deletion does not delete server-side account records.
Practical considerations
- Do not send passwords or identity documents in an initial email.
- Do not promise automatic deletion, export or retention outcomes.
- Privacy contact is evidenced by source code, not a live webpage check.
