Agents & Partnerships
What should I check before completing my agent profile?
Check professional details during registration; the current My Profile page displays stored details rather than offering a completion editor.
At /agent-registration review legal name, company name/registration number, company address, city and country, plus any optional VAT, licence, contact, website, regions and experience details. Read the displayed terms before accepting; do not claim qualifications or authority you cannot substantiate.
When accessible, /agent-dashboard/profile shows the stored fields and approval status. It is not an evidenced public-profile preview or self-service correction form. Compare the values and request corrections through info@creteaisland.com if needed. Ask how fields will be used before supplying sensitive extras; being signed in does not itself prove that every field is private.
Practical considerations
- Do not infer approval from a completed form.
- Do not create duplicate applications to correct details.
- Avoid unnecessary personal documents.
