Does Showing on a villa card preselect the exact unit?
No. Showing opens the booking dialog without a unit identifier, and the dialog initially defaults to Villa Athina.
The card link opens /agent-dashboard/showings?book=1. It does not carry the card’s exact unit. Check the villa selector rather than assuming it reflects your click. Use the available property choice or Other property and clearly state the unit reference; include clarifying notes where necessary.
Review client details, format, date and time before submitting. A request is not a confirmed appointment or guaranteed property access. If the unit cannot be identified unambiguously, clarify it with the team before telling a client arrangements are settled.
Practical considerations
- Do not leave the default property unchecked.
- Model name and individual unit differ.
- Keep scheduling requests separate from confirmations.
