Agents & Partnerships
Does uploading a signed agreement mean it has been approved?
No. The agent Kounali page saves the document for review and shows an awaiting-review result, not an approval guarantee.
Uploading starts review
On the agent Kounali page, a signed agreement is saved for review and the resulting message indicates that review is awaited. Uploading a document does not establish that the agreement has been approved, accepted as complete or made effective on the terms you expect.
Check what was submitted
Review the uploaded list and confirm that the intended file is present. Check the document name and, through the authorised opening control, that it contains the correct version and relevant pages. Do not assume that a signature alone resolves questions about the parties, scope or missing information.
Wait for an explicit outcome
Read any subsequent review message and respond through the recognised account route if further information is requested. Avoid representing yourself as approved or promising commission treatment merely because the upload succeeded. If you need to know whether the document creates binding obligations, have an independent lawyer review the agreement and the relevant acceptance correspondence; the upload result cannot answer that legal question.
Practical considerations
- Verify the correct signed version.
- Read the awaiting-review message accurately.
- Keep review correspondence with the document.
- Obtain legal advice on contractual effect.
